Section 3.05 Disposition versions

3.05. The ballot-paper certified by the secretary must contain the following data:

(a)  the name and graphic sign of the Order;

(b)  the month and year of the election;

(c)  the identification of the region;

(d)  the names in alphabetical order of the candidates for the offices of director in the region in which the member has his professionnal domicile;

(e)  the number of seats to be filled in the region;

(f)  the date and hours of the closing of the poll.
